Super positive experience! Anytime I had a question Amanda was quick to respond via text. Turns out my mom did not need the storage unit after all. I reached out to Amanda to see if a refund was possible and she immediately refunded my mom's card. If I ever need a storage unit in the future I will absolutely be using Castleton Self Storage!
